This means you have 5 days to initiate the return process with me. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were when they left my possession. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and I must receive the piece within 3 business days from the initiation of the return process. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. I will issue a credit only after I receive the piece and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was sold. If the piece has been altered or damaged, I will return it to you. It's important to understand that I am not responsible if the package is lost or goes missing.
